The Silverback Lodge is in the Buhoma section of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. It takes five minutes to walk to the park offices from the lodge. Around the Silverback Lodge, there are lots of things to do, such as mountain walks, mountain biking, bike rentals, and spa services.

The Silver Back Lodge is set high above the valley and has amazing views of plants and animals. After going on a gorilla walk, watching birds, or seeing other monkeys, the Silver Back Lodge is the best place to unwind and have a drink.

There is a five-minute walk from Silverback camp to the offices of the Uganda Wildlife Authority. It is the biggest camp in the Buhoma area.
At the camp, you can watch primates right from your room.
After a day of gorilla walking, Silverback Lodge’s beautiful grounds are a great place to relax and have fun.
This beautiful lodge offers private dining services that serve both local and foreign foods.
It also has a diner and bar where people can order soft and hot drinks, as well as outdoor fires.
The Silverback Lodge also has an office center and a meeting place.

Rooms: The beautiful, comfy rooms have ceiling fans, a coffee/tea maker, and high-end furniture for maximum comfort.
The private rooms at the Silverback Lodge are very nice. They have showers, free towels, and hand hair dryers.
People must be at least 18 years old to check in, and they have to do so by 6 p.m. Check-out is at 10 a.m.
The Silverback Lodge has 12 guest rooms with free wired internet access.

How to get there

There are regular flights every day from Entebbe International Airport to Kihihi Airstrip.
Go on a full-day trip from Entebbe or Kampala.
Watch live from Kampala and Entebbe.

Two to three hours by car from Queen Elizabeth Park.
There are fly-in safari trips offered.
It takes about six to seven hours to drive from Lake Mburo National Park.
Fully Safari-packaged trips that include permits, transportation, and guides are offered.
