Chameleon Hill Lodge.
The Chameleon Hill Lodge is in the southwest of Kisoro, Uganda. It is between Mgahinga National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
It is near the beautiful Lake Mutanda where the lodge is located. The Chameleon Hill Lodge is one of the best places to visit in the southwest of Uganda. It has amazing views of the Virunga Volcanoes, the hills, and the beautiful Lake Mutanda.
The Virunga Lodge is well-designed and comes in many colorful colors, which make it look great from a distance.
The camp is close to both Mgahinga and Bwindi National Parks, so tourists who are visiting both can choose from a variety of activities.
Gourmet meals from around the world are also available at the camp. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served, and tea and coffee are available all day. There is a bar inside the lodge with foreign hot and cold drinks, as well as local named beers. The friendly staff provides excellent service from the time you arrive until you leave.
Also, there are no mosquitoes there. For a reasonable price, Chameleon Lodge also lets car guides stay right in the lodge.
Chameleons and birds like the pin-tailed whyder are often seen in the area. The lodge is over 1800 feet above sea level, which gives it the best views of the area. The lounge area of the lodge has a library with a collection of travel books.
ROOMS AND RATES
There are ten cabins in the lodge. Five are double rooms and five are bunk rooms.
Twin rooms with two beds
In double rooms, there is one big bed.
For double rooms, you can also ask for extra beds.
Each bed has its own net.
The rooms have a birthing room with a shower, toilet, sinks, and a flashing toilet.
Extra blankets in case it gets really cold
Each room has a closet, cover, and towels.
