5-Days Gorillas and Wildlife With Kazinga Boat Tour
Overview
A suitable choice for the best Uganda safari, wildlife sightings and boat launch safari on the Kazinga Channel, Uganda gorilla wildlife safari is meant to take you to Queen Elizabeth National Park one of the most well-known national parks in Uganda to see a range of wildlife including the tree-climbing lions in Ishasha sector Kalinzu Forest. Later, you will do mountain gorilla trekking from your Uganda gorilla wildlife safari in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Trip Itinerary ( Detailed Safari )
Day 1: Pick up from Entebbe– Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Once arrived, the pick-up will come from either the Hotel or the Airport. The designated Professional English-speaking Tour Driver-guide will choose up meet you and we will start a trip to one of Uganda’s most visited tourist attractions, Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Ten monkey species (including chimpanzees), more than 600 bird species, and typical large games provide the park home for a diversity of animal species.
You will stop for lunch on there, then go into the lovely Queen Elizabeth NP, arriving late afternoon (evening) and do nothing but simply settle into the lodge and unwind. Note: Should you arrive with some time still left, we may go on a late afternoon-to- evening game drive.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat trip along the Kazinga Channel.
You will head for chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge after your breakfast. Once you meet chimpanzees, you will spend one hour seeing them go about their regular business like baby grooming, hunting, and leaping in tree branches.
You will then go back to your resort for lunch and drinks. You will then go for your afternoon boat tour on the Kazinga waterway. See hippopotamuses, crocodiles, and a range of birdlife in Kazinga Channel. Your afternoon boat ride will be followed by a little pause for leisure.
Later, as they are very active in late evening and early morning hours, you will embark for your evening game drive on Kasenyi route in search of the large predators of the park including lions, leopards, and spotted hyenas. You will then go back to your resort for an overnight stay and a leisurely supper.

Day 3: Relaxed breakfast, drive to Ishasha sector and then connect to Bwindi NP.
After a leisurely morning, go to the Ishasha section of Queen Elizabeth NP, which is well-known for its regularly sightful of tree-climbing lions. Though sometimes difficult to see (most particularly when they are down in the grassland searching for food), the likelihood of spotting these lions falls between 60 and 70%.
Should you be able to see them in the tree, the view is breathtaking and unforgettable. From Ishasha, you will go on towards the brink of the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will do little on arrival but merely check in your hotel, rest as you get ready for the Bwindi gorilla trekking trip tomorrow. Your day will be demanding.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for Relaxation.
After your hearty breakfast today, you will travel to the park information offices for a briefing on dos and avoid rules to observe when gorilla trekking. Later on, you will begin your guided jungle hunt for the big threatened mountain gorillas under the direction of a ranger.
Apart from gorillas, you could come across other animal species on your stroll like black and white Colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, bush pigs, forest elephants, various bird species, butterflies, and more.
The location and movements of the allotted gorilla family determine the time required in search of mountain gorillas. You will spend a maximum one hour observing them, snapping pictures, tracking their movements, and asking your ranger as many questions as you can. To pick up your tracking certificate and eat lunch, you will go back to the starting location.
Later, you will travel to Lake Bunyonyi to canoe the next day.

Day 5: Depart Bunyonyi and return to Entebbe Airport to catch flight back home.
Breakfast at the guesthouse with amazing view of the Bunyonyi tiny islands just right in front of you; then start your return trip to Entebbe Airport in relaxation. Anticipate along way lunch and a stop at the Uganda Equator line mark in Kayabwe for some amazing pictures and maybe some interesting art purchases. Set out the trip arriving late afternoon or evening for airport drop-off.
