As you journey to Murchison Falls, you will have an exciting stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an unforgettable white rhino trekking experience, before continuing on to Masindi town for a delightful late lunch. After lunch, you will embark on a journey to Murchison Falls National Park, stopping at the top of the falls to experience the refreshing mist from the waterfall. Then, you will head to the lodge for check-in, dinner, and a cozy overnight stay.

Full day wildlife viewing safari: On day 2 of your 12-day Uganda gorilla trekking and wildlife safari tour, you will enjoy an early breakfast before embarking on an exhilarating game drive through the largest and oldest national park in Uganda, home to the most powerful waterfall in the world. On the game drive in Murchison Falls National Park, you will encounter a diverse array of wildlife, including the iconic big four (Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes) along with other fascinating mammals like Uganda Kob, Leopards, and Warthogs, as well as a variety of bird species. After the game drive, return to the lodge for a lunch break before setting off on an afternoon boat cruise upstream to the base of Murchison Falls, where you can closely observe the breathtaking waterfall.
